Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Hold or be eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) or be on track to complete requirements

  • Have a valid Massachusetts SLP license (or be eligible/licensable)

  • Demonstrate proficiency in evidence-based practices and pediatric therapy strategies

  • Exhibit strong communication skills with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Show a commitment to professional growth, supervision, and teamwork

Responsibilities

As a clinician on our team, you will:

  • Provide individualized speech and language therapy to children and adolescents ages 3 to 18 years in clinic and/or school settings

  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s communication goals

  • Conduct formal and informal assessments, analyze results, and contribute to progress reports and evaluation write-ups

  • Collaborate with families, educators, and team members to support carryover and generalization across environments

  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including SOAP notes, data tracking, and billing

  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development

  • Foster a nurturing, child‑friendly atmosphere that promotes confidence, connection, and communication
