Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must:
Hold or be eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) or be on track to complete requirements
Have a valid Massachusetts SLP license (or be eligible/licensable)
Demonstrate proficiency in evidence-based practices and pediatric therapy strategies
Exhibit strong communication skills with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Show a commitment to professional growth, supervision, and teamwork
Responsibilities
As a clinician on our team, you will:
Provide individualized speech and language therapy to children and adolescents ages 3 to 18 years in clinic and/or school settings
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s communication goals
Conduct formal and informal assessments, analyze results, and contribute to progress reports and evaluation write-ups
Collaborate with families, educators, and team members to support carryover and generalization across environments
Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including SOAP notes, data tracking, and billing
Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development
Foster a nurturing, child‑friendly atmosphere that promotes confidence, connection, and communication
